Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our team in the roles of Mobile Application Developer, Web Application Developer, and Quality Analyst. You will be involved in developing, maintaining, and testing our mobile and web applications, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Mobile Application Developer:
Develop native or cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter or Kotlin.
Implement user interfaces and experiences optimized for mobile devices.
Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and debugging of mobile applications.
Manage app store deployments and updates.
Work with mobile specific tools like Android Studio, Xcode.
Web Application Developer:
Develop front-end and/or back-end web applications using Node.js or React.
Design and implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.
Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for code management.
Work with web specific tools like VS code, and browser developer tools.
Quality Analyst:
Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality.
Document test results and provide detailed reports.
Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
Implement automated testing using Selenium.
General Responsibilities (Applicable to all roles):
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Be available to work extended hours during production deployments (2-3 times per month, potentially until 9 PM-11 PM).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software development principles.
Familiarity with Node.js, Flutter, Kotlin, React, or Selenium is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and 1 work in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning.
Benefits:
3-month training period with reimbursement of travel expenses.
Upon successful completion of training, an annual package of ₹120,000 to ₹240,000 based on performance.
Training completion certificate for those who do not meet performance expectations.
Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Sundays off.
