About the Role
We are hiring freshers for a Digital Marketing role. Selected candidates will undergo 2 months of structured training. During training, a stipend of ₹5,000 per month will be provided. After training, candidates must clear a skill assessment test. Based on the test outcome and performance, successful candidates will be offered a salary between ₹1.2 LPA to ₹2.4 LPA.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Work on social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Support in creating and scheduling posts, reels, and stories.
Help with content writing for blogs, captions, and website pages.
Learn and assist with SEO basics (keyword research, on-page updates).
Support Google Ads / Meta Ads campaign setup and monitoring.
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics / Meta insights.
Coordinate with design and tech teams for marketing creatives.
Research competitors and digital trends to improve strategy.

Digital marketing fundamentals
Social media strategy & calendar creation
Content creation + copywriting
SEO basics + keyword research
Paid ads intro (Google/Meta)
Analytics & reporting
Lead generation and campaign optimization
Requirements / Eligibility
Freshers are welcome (0–1 year experience).
Basic knowledge/interest in digital marketing is a plus.
Good communication skills (English/Kannada/any regional language is fine).
Creativity and willingness to learn new tools and trends.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Any certification in digital marketing is an advantage (not mandatory).
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Canva / basic design sense
Basic video editing for reels (mobile apps are fine)
Understanding of trends & hashtags
Strong interest in marketing and branding
